Code of ConductThe Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour takes great pride in the quality of its players, host facilities and broad community involvement at each tournament. In order to continue making the Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour experience enjoyable and rewarding for everyone, the Association requires all members to adhere to a set of guidelines known as the Code of Conduct. Its purpose is to help Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour participants grow and mature by understanding and accepting the consequences of their actions. The Code of Conduct is to be followed throughout the junior's membership. VIOLATIONS OF CODE OF CONDUCT
REQUIRED DRESS AT THE GOLF COURSE:
PROHIBITED DRESS AT THE GOLF COURSE:
Proper attire is required at all times at the host golf course, including cookouts. Questionable attire will be reviewed by the Tournament Committee. Should a host golf course have a stricter dress code, its policy will take precedence. Players in violation will not be allowed to tee off. There is no required dress code for Players Registration and Meeting when taking place at the host hotel when the host hotel is not associated with the host golf course. When the Players Meeting takes place at a Resort all attendees must be in golf attire if they plan on using the practice facilities. Males, however, must still take off their hats when indoors. PLAYERS REGISTRATION CODE OF CONDUCT VIOLATION PENALTIES
Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour members violating the Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour Code of Conduct at non-Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour championships are also subject to the penalties above based on severity. SUSPENSION INFORMATION Conforming ListsThe United States Golf Association has compiled a list of driving clubs that do not conform and golf balls that do conform. These clubs are prohibited from use in any round of golf conducted under the USGA Rules. This includes competitions conducted by the American Junior Golf Association. They have also added a Conforming Driver Head list. The Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour will have an updated list on non-conforming drivers, conforming golf balls and conforming driver heads at the starting tee at all tournament rounds and at the registration table at all qualifiers and shotgun rounds. The Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour also administers an equipment survey during the first round where each player must acknowledge what type of driver and golf ball they use to an Atlantic Coast Jr Golf Tour official. It is recommended that all players check the status of their driver, golf ball and driver head prior to their round. The penalty for playing a shot with equipment not allowed by the USGA is disqualification. Please visit the links below to make sure your equipment is within USGA standards: Push Carts
